Central Valley Pools began as a family vision shared by husband and wife, Mark and Kia Pappas, who together bring more than 20 years of business management, sales, and customer service experience. Raised in the Central Valley, they wanted to build a company rooted in honesty, integrity, and exceptional service — the kind of business that treats pools like their own.
They partnered with Mark’s brother, Anthony Pappas, a seasoned pool maintenance and repair expert with over 15 years of hands-on experience. Anthony’s deep technical knowledge and commitment to year-round pool perfection became the foundation of the company’s service standards.

Honest & Upfront Pricing
Our pricing is straightforward, transparent, and fair. No hidden fees, surprise charges, or confusing add-ons. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for and why, with honest recommendations focused on protecting your pool — not upselling unnecessary services.
The Honest Version
We do not sell add-ons off the top of a service report. If a pump is going, we will tell you it is going and quote the repair. If it has a year left, we will tell you that too and check it again next visit.
Repairs are quoted per job after a technician has actually looked at the equipment, which is why you will not find repair prices on this website. Recovery work — green pools, acid washes, drain and fill — is priced separately from maintenance, because those are one-time jobs and it would be dishonest to fold them into a monthly rate.
